Continental Cable Trading was founded in Korea in 2008 and has been dedicated to exporting high-quality electronic cables manufactured in Korea to clients around the globe. We represent some of the most trusted Korean cable manufacturers—including Continental Electric Wire Co., Ltd., KDC Co., Ltd., Chunil CIL Co., Ltd., and KM Cable Co., Ltd.—and serve as their bridge to the international market.

The president of CCTR, Mr. H.Y. Jin, worked at CEW for 20 years, managing the export of all types of cables. Since founding CCTR in 2008, he has built deep product knowledge and customer insight from his manufacturing experience, emphasizing trust as the core of business relationships.

Since 2016, countries across the EU, including the UK, have enforced CPR (Construction Products Regulation) for indoor cable use. CCTR worked closely with CEW to acquire CPR certifications, including:
- April 2017: Eca and Dca-s3,d2,a3 for CW1308 and CW1308B Internal/External Telephone Cables
- November 2018: B2ca-s1b,d0,a1 for CW1308B Internal/External Telephone Cables

In the U.S., UL-rated cables are required for computer, peripheral, and network use. While many Korean manufacturers hold general UL style approvals (e.g., 2464, 2919, 2092), most are intended for domestic use. Only a select few manufacturers represented by CCTR have the specific UL approvals required in the U.S. market, including CM, CMG, and EVE.
